Pireuksen tie (m.kreik. Πειραϊκή ὁδός, Peiraikē hodos) oli antiikin aikainen tie, joka johti Ateenan Agoralta Pireukseen. Se sai alkunsa Agoran lounaiskulmasta Tholoksen luota, ja kulki muun muassa Strategeionin sekä Kaupunginvankilan ohi. Se kiersi Pnyks-kukkylan eteläpuolelta ja kulki tämän jälkeen kaupunginmuurissa eli niin kutsutussa Themistokleen muurissa olleesta Pireuksen portista. Tämän jälkeen se kulki Pitkien muurien sisäpuolella Pireukseen suunnilleen samaa reittiä kuin nykyinen Peiraiós-katu. Pitkät muurit suojasivat kaupungille elintärkeää tietä ja yhteyttä satamaan ja merelle.
Kadusta on kaivettu esiin osia muun muassa sen alkupäässä Agoran alueella[1] sekä erityisesti Pnyksin ja Filopappos-kukkulan välisellä alueella.[2][3]
