Llívia on kunta Baixa Cerdanyan comarcassa, Gironan maakunnassa, Katalonian itsehallintoalueella, Espanjassa.[2] Kunnan pinta-ala on 12,84 neliökilometriä,[3] ja asukkaita siellä on 1 589 (2009).[4] Väestötiheys on 122,9 as./km².[4] Väestöstä 13,2 prosenttia on 0–14-vuotiaita, 74 % on 15–64-vuotiaita ja loput 12,8 % yli 65-vuotiaita.[4]

Llívia on Espanjan eksklaavi, sillä se on kokonaan Ranskan ympäröimä.[5] Eksklaavi sijaitsee Pyreneillä muutaman kilometrin Andorrasta itään; sen erottaa Espanjasta noin kahden kilometrin levyinen kaista, jolla sijaitsevat ranskalaiset kunnat Ur ja Bourg-Madame.
Llívian ystävyyskunta on Boé Lot-et-Garonnen departementissa, Ranskassa.[6]
Yksi kunnan kulttuuritapahtumista on vuodesta 1982 lähtien järjestetyt musiikkifestivaalit. Kunnassa toimii myös apteekkimuseo. Apteekki rekisteröitiin jo vuonna 1594, ja se toimi aina vuoteen 1926 saakka. Llíviassa on mahdollista hiihtää, lumilautailla, kalastaa, pyöräillä, ratsastaa, uida sekä pelata tennistä ja golfia.[3]
Alun perin paikkakunta tunnettiin nimellä Kerre, joka tarkoittaa kivikkoista paikkaa tai vuoriketjua.[3] Myös Kerretania-, Ceretania- ja nykyinen Cerdanya-nimi pohjautuvat Kerre-nimeen.[3] Roomalaiset antoivat alueelle nimen Julia Libica, josta kehittyi sen jälkeen Julia Livia ja lopulta Llívia.[7] Visigootit kutsuivat paikkakuntaa nimellä Castrum Libyae.[3] Muslimeille paikka oli nimeltään Medinet-el-Bab.[3]
Llívian alue oli muinoin osa iberialaisten oppidumia, joka oli Rooman valtakunnan hallinnassa. Se oli antiikin ajoista lähtien Cerdanyan pääkaupunki[8] vuoteen 1117 saakka.[7]
Ranskan kuninkaan Ludvig XI:n armeija tuhosi Llívian linnan vuonna 1479. Pyhän saksalais-roomalaisen keisarikunnan keisari ja Espanjan kuningas Kaarle V teki Llíviasta kaupungin vuonna 1528.[3]
Vuonna 1659 Pyreneiden rauhassa 33 Cerdanyan kylää luovutettiin Ranskan alaisuuteen.[7] Llíviasta ei kuitenkaan tullut osa Ranskaa, koska Miquel de Salbà väitti sopimuksen koskevan ainoastaan kyliä ja Llívia oli kaupunki (vila).[3] Llíviasta Espanjan Puigcerdàan Ranskan alueen kautta kulkevasta tiestä tehtiin neutraali.[7]
