Lazaréto (kreik. Λαζαρέτο; transl. myös Lazarétto) on pieni Kreikan saari, joka kuuluu Jooniansaarten saariryhmään. Se sijaitsee Joonianmeressä Korfun saaren itärannikon edustalla. Saaren pinta-ala on 0,0708 neliökilometriä ja se on asumaton (vuonna 2011). Hallinnollisesti Lazaréto kuuluu Keski-Korfun ja Diapontisten saarten kuntaan, Korfun alueyksikköön ja Jooniansaarten alueeseen.[2]
Lazaréto sijaitsee noin kahden meripeninkulman etäisyydellä Korfun rannikosta luoteeseen Korfun kaupungista. Saaren alkuperäinen nimi oli Ágios Dimítrios (Άγιος Δημήτριος). Venetsialaisvallan aikana 1500-luvulla saarelle perustettiin luostari sekä leprasairaala, josta se sai nykyisen nimensä. Saarta käytettiin myös kulkutautia kantaneiden, Korfulle saapuneiden laivojen eristyspaikkana. Sairaala oli käytössä vielä venäläismiehityksen aikana 1798 sekä brittivallan aikana vuodesta 1814. Sen käyttö loppui vuoden 1864 jälkeen. Toisen maailmansodan saksalaismiehityksen aikaan saari toimi vankileirinä kreikkalaisille vastarintaliikkeen jäsenille. Saarella on pieni kirkko sekä muutamia muita vanhoja rakennuksia.[1]
