آمیلوئید A1 سرم (انگلیسی: Serum amyloid A1) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «SAA1» کُدگذاری میشود.[4][5][6]

این پروتئین یکی از پروتئینهای فاز حاد مهم در بدن انسان است که توسط سلولهای کبدی در پاسخ به آسیب سلولی-بافتی، عفونت یا بدخیمیها ساخته میشود.[7] با ورود به خون، SAA1 بهصورت یک آپولیپوپروتئین مرتبط با لیپوپروتئین پُرچگالی (HDL) نمایان میشود.[8]
پروتئین SAA1 یکی از پیشسازهای اصلی آمیلوئید A سرم (AA) است که عامل بروز بیماری آمیلوئیدوز التهابی است.[9][10] در جریان این بیماری تولید پروتئین SAA1 افزایش مییابد.[11]
پروتئین SAA1 عملکرد موضعی سلول ۱۷ تی کمکی را در رودهها تشدید میکند.[12]
علیرغم تمامی تلاشها و پژوهشهای انجامشده طی ۳۰ سال گذشته، عملکرد دقیق این پروتئین هنوز مشخص نشدهاست. با این حال، معلومشده که آمیلوئید A1 سرم یک نشانگر زیستی بالینی قابلاعتماد برای بیماریهای التهابی، بیماریهای متابولیک مزمن و مراحل پایانی بدخیمیهاست.[13]
