رابرت اچ. روبینز (به انگلیسی: R.H.Robins) (زاده ۱ ژوئیه ۱۹۲۱ – مرگ ۲۰ آوریل ۲۰۰۰) آواشناس و زبانشناس انگلیسی بود. علیمحمد حقشناس مدتی شاگرد او بوده است.[1]
