فسفوئنولپیرووات کربوکسیکیناز ۱ (محلول) (انگلیسی: Phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase 1 - soluble) یک آنزیم است که در انسان توسط ژن «PCK1» کدگذاری میشود.[4][5]

این آنزیم یکی از نقاط کنترلی اصلی در تنظیم فرایند نوگلوکززایی است و بههمراه گوانوزین تریفسفات، ساخت اسید فسفوئنولپیروویک را از اگزالواستیک اسید سبب میشود.
بیان این ژن توسط ترشح انسولین، گلوکوکورتیکوئید، گلوکاگون و آدنوزین مونوفسفات حلقهای و رژیم غذایی، تنظیم میگردد.
