آسپارتات ترانسآمیناز، میتوکندیایی (انگلیسی: Aspartate aminotransferase, mitochondrial) یک آنزیم است که در انسان توسط ژن «GOT2» واقع بر کروموزوم ۱۶ کُدگذاری میشود. این آنزیم و آنزیم GOT1، هومودایمریک هستند و هومولوژی نزدیکی با یکدیگر دارند.[4]

این آنزیم در متابولیسم اسیدهای آمینه، چرخه اوره و چرخه اسید سیتریک نقش دارد.
در پژوهشهای انجامشده، نقش این آنزیم در رشد برخی از سرطانها از جمله سرطان پستان و سرطان لوزالمعده مشاهده شدهاست.
