GNAS

جایگاه کمپلکس جی‌ان‌ای‌اس (انگلیسی: GNAS complex locus) یک جایگاه ژنی در انسان است. محصول اصلی این جایگاه کروموزومی، زیرواحد Gs آلفا است که یکی از اجزاء گیرنده جفت‌شونده با پروتئین جی محسوب می‌شود و در تنظیم مسیرهای ترارسانی پیام توسط آدنیلات سیکلاز نقش دارد. عبارت «GNAS» مخفف «پروتئین متصل‌شونده به نوکلئوتید گوانین، پلی‌پپتید تحریک‌کننده فعالیت آلفا» (Guanine Nucleotide binding protein, Alpha Stimulating activity polypeptide) است.^[4]

جهش در این ژن همچنین با بروز هتروپلازی پیشرونده استخوانی، دیسپلازی فیبروزی چند استخوانی و انواعی از آدنوم هیپوفیز همراه است^[6] و در نئوپلاسم پاپیلاری موسینی داخل مجاری و کارسینوم سلول آسینار لوزالمعده هم دخیل است.^[7]
