مولکول ۱۲ مرتبط با خودخواری (انگلیسی: Autophagy related 12) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «ATG12» کُدگذاری میشود.[4][5]

برای شروع خودخواری لازم است این مولکول به پروتئین ATG5 از طریق یک سامانهٔ اتصالی شبه یوبیکوتینی، پیوند کووالانسی ایجاد کند. سپس این ترکیب مولکولی دوگانه خودش باعث اتصال پروتئین ATG8 به فسفاتیدیل اتانل آمین میگردد.[6]
این مولکول همچنین در آپوپتوز هم دخالت دارد و اینکار را از طریق تعامل با مولکولهای ضد آپوپتوزی خانواده Bcl-2 انجام میدهد.[7]
