The Player 1992ko Robert Altman estatubatuar zinema zuzendariaren umore beltzezko film komiko bat da. Gidoia Michel Tolkin idazleak idatzi zuen, bere izen bereko eleberrian oinarrituz. Tim Robbins, Greta Scacchi, Fred Ward, Whoopi Goldberg, Peter Gallagher, Brion James eta Cynthia Stevenson aktoreek antzeztu zuten.
