Serblaste Vabatahtlik Kaardivägi (serbia keeles Српска добровољачка гарда/Srpska dobrovoljačka garda, SDG), tuntud eelkõige kui Arkani tiigrid (Арканови тигрови/Arkanovi Tigrovi) või Arkani mehed (Аркановци/Arkanovci), oli Željko Ražnatovići (Arkan) asutatud ja juhitud Serbia vabatahtlik paramilitaarne üksus, mis võitles Jugoslaavia sõdade ajal Horvaatia ja Bosnia sõjas ning vastutas paljude sõjakuritegude ja tapatalgute eest.

SDG lõi 11. oktoobril 1990 Belgradi FK Crvena Zvezda fänniklubi Delije kakskümmend liiget. Rühm allus territoriaalkaitsele, mis oli regulaarvägede üksus, kes vastutas 1990. aastate esimesel poolel peamiselt serblastega asustatud Horvaatia territooriumide eest. Ajaloolase Tony Judti sõnul oli rühmitus üks mitmest paramilitaarüksusest, mis "olid midagi enamat kui Belgradi poolt relvastatud pättide ja kurjategijate organiseeritud salgad".[1]
SDG rajas oma peakorteri ja väljaõppelaagri endisesse sõjaväelinnakusse Erdutis. Üksus tegutses 1991. aasta keskpaigast kuni 1995. aasta lõpuni, esialgu Horvaatias Vukovari piirkonnas. Seda varustati Horvaatia ja Bosnia sõja ajal Serbia politseijõudude reservidest.
Pärast sõja puhkemist Horvaatias 1991. aasta sügisel ja Bosnias 1992. aasta aprillis asusid Arkan ja tema üksused ründama nende riikide territooriumi. Horvaatias võitlesid tiigrid Ida-Slavoonia piirkonnas.
„Paramilitaarsed üksused on vastutavad mõnede etnilise puhastuse kõige brutaalsemate tegude eest. Kaks üksust on mänginud põhilist rolli Bosnias toimunud etnilises puhastuses, Vojislav Šešelj juhitud Tšetnikud ja Željko Ražnatovići (Arkani) Tiigrid [...] Arkani Tiigrid on läbiviinud sõjalisi õppusi, mille eesmärgiks on hirmutada Kosovos elavaid albaanlasi.[2]“

SDG mõrvas Arkani juhtimisel sadu tsiviilisikuid Ida-Horvaatias ning Bosnias ja Hertsegoviinas,[3] Ida-Bosnia varajastes etnilise puhastuse kampaaniates oli sellel üksusel suur roll.[4] 1995. aasta sügisel võitlesid Arkani väed Banja Luka, Sanski Mosti ja Prijedori piirkonnas, kus nad purustati. Arkan juhtis isiklikult enamikku sõjategevusi ning premeeris oma kõige tõhusamaid ohvitsere ja sõdureid auastmete, medalite ja sõjasaagiga.
SDG saadeti ametlikult laiali 1996. aasta aprillis ja kõik selle liikmed said käsu liituda Jugoslaavia armeega.[5] Lisaks Arkanile oli SDG märkimisväärne liige tema parem käsi kolonel Nebojša Djordjević, kes mõrvati 1996. aasta lõpus. Teine tähelepanuväärne liige oli Milorad Ulemek, kes kannab praegu 40-aastast vangistust osalemise eest Serbia läänemeelse peaministri Zoran Đinđići mõrvas 2003. aastal. [6]
Endise Jugoslaavia Rahvusvaheline Kriminaaltribunal esitas 1997. aastal Željko Ražnatovićile süüdistuse üksuse juhtimises, kuna üksus oli väidetavalt vastutav paljude inimsusvastaste kuritegude, Genfi konventsiooni tõsiste rikkumiste ja sõjaseaduste või -tavade rikkumiste eest, sealhulgas aktiivse osalemise eest etnilises puhastuses Bijeljinas ja Zvornikus 1992. aastal.
Kriminaaltribunal esitas Željko Ražnatovići juhtimise all olevale SDG-le süüdistuse järgmises:[7]
Paljud endised Arkani Tiigrite liikmed on Serbias silmapaistvad tegelased, kes hoiavad tihedaid sidemeid omavahel ja ka Venemaa natsionalistlike organisatsioonidega. Jugoslav Simić ja Svetozar Pejović poseerisid koos Vene Ööhuntidega; Ceca (Arkani lesk) esines Vladimir Putinile tema Serbia-visiidi ajal; Rolling Stone tuvastas, et populaarne trance-esineja Srđan Golubović, keda tuntakse DJ Maxina, lõi Bosnia perekonna surnukehi Bijeljinas (selle kohta on olemas 1992. aasta foto).[10]
