Eduard Pontus Haller (2/14. november 1810 Käina – 28. jaanuar[1]/9. veebruar 1864 Rapla) oli Eesti vaimulik.
Õppis aastatel 1823–1830 Tallinna Kubermangugümnaasiumis. Tartu Ülikooli usuteaduskonnas õppis ta aastatel 1831–1834, lõpetas (grad. stud.). Korporatsioon Estonia liige.
Oli seejärel oma lesestunud õe (Heinrich Wilhelm Christoph Pauckeri lesk) laste koduõpetaja. Kutsuti Rapla Maarja-Magdaleena koguduse õpetajaks 29. detsembril 1837. Ordineeriti ja introdutseeriti (Rapla Maarja-Magdaleena koguduse) õpetajaks 27. veebruaril 1838, millisel ametikohal püsis surmani[2].
Haller oli (alates 24. juunist 1842) Eestimaa Kirjanduse Ühingu liige. Samuti oli aastast 1842 Rapla abipiibliseltsi direktor. 1840. aastate teisel poolel asutas Rapla kirikumõisa, Reino talu maadele vaeslaste varjupaik-kooli.[3]
Tema isa Jakob Pontus Haller ja vanaisa Albert Magnus Haller olid Käina Martini koguduse õpetajad, õemees Heinrich Wilhelm Christoph Paucker oli Simuna Siimona ja Juuda koguduse õpetaja.
