South Ayrshire ('Lõuna-Ayrshire') on omavalitsus Šotimaa edelaosas. See hõlmab ajaloolise Ayrshire'i krahvkonna lõunaosa. Piirneb East Ayrshire'i, North Ayrshire'i ja Dumfries and Gallowayga. Asub Firth of Clyde'i ääres.
Suuremad asulad on Ayr, Troon ja Prestwick.
