Lohusuu on alevik Jõgevamaal Mustvee vallas Avijõe suudme lähedal.

Enne Eesti omavalitsuste haldusreformi 2017. aastal oli alevik Ida-Viru maakonna Lohusuu valla halduskeskus.
Lohusuu alevikku läbib Jõhvi–Tartu–Valga põhimaantee. Avinurmega ühendab Lohusuu–Maetsma tee.
Lohusuu alevikus on:
2000. aasta rahvaloenduse andmeil elas alevikus 415 inimest. 4. jaanuari 2010 seisuga oli alevikus elukoht registreeritud 452 inimesel.[viide?] 2011. aasta rahvaloenduse andmetel elas Lohusuul 317 inimest. Neist 141 (44,5%) olid eestlased.[4]
Lohusuu jaguneb kaheks: 18. sajandil vene vanausuliste poolt Avijõe idakaldale rajatud Vene-Lohusuuks (Veneküla) ja läänekaldale jäävaks Eesti-Lohusuuks.
Lohusuu on põline kaluriküla, esmamainitud juba 1599. aastal (Jugowiec-Logowiec). 17. sajandi alguse Rootsi kaardil on Avijõe suudmes mõlemad kaldad tähistatud nimega Losaſe kyle.[5] Lohusuu piirkond kuulus Vaiga muinasmaakonda ja Torma kihelkonda. Keskajal kuulus Lohusuu piirkond Laiuse ordulinnuse võimkonda. 1677. aastal rajati Lohusuusse abikirik, aastatel 1746–1774 oli Lohusuu koguduse pastor Johann Georg Eisen. Lohusuus, kiriku köstri Kristjan Masiku peres sündis väljapaistev rahvavalgustaja, keele- ja kirjamees ja õ-tähe kasutuselevõtja Otto Wilhelm Masing (1763–1832).
Nõukogude ajal kuni 1959. aastani oli Mustvee rajooni koosseisus. Lohusuu alevik moodustati 1977. aastal, kui liideti Lagedi, Lohusuu, Separa, Ülejõe ja Veneküla.
