El Premio Pulitzer de Fotografía Destacada es uno de los Premios Pulitzer entregados anualmente a periodistas. Distingue a una fotografía destacada en blanco y negro o color, que puede constar de una fotografía, varias fotografías, una secuencia o un álbum.
El Premio Pulitzer de Fotografía Destacada se inició en 1968, cuando el Premio Pulitzer de Fotografía fue reemplazado por los premios "Pulitzer de Fotografía Destacada" y "Premio Pulitzer de Fotografía de Noticia Disponible", renombrado como "Premio Pulitzer de Fotografía de Noticia de Última Hora" en el 2000.
