Ratatujo[1] (france ratatouille [ratatuj'], plena nomo ratatouille niçoise, Nica ratatujo) estas tradicia franca provenca mikspoto el legomoj, kiu povas esti surtabligata kiel kompleta manĝaĵo akompanata de rizo, terpomoj, aŭ de simpla franca pano, aŭ kiel kroma manĝaĵo. Tomatoj estas la ĉefa ingredienco, kun cepoj, kukurbetoj (italaj), melongenoj, kapsikoj kaj ajlo. Ĉio estas kirlofritita aŭ brezita en olivoleo.

La nomo de la manĝaĵo estas derivita de la okcitana ratatolha (kp. francan touiller, kirli). La vorto ratatujo ankaŭ estas uzata en nekulinara kunteksto por referenci al (ĝenerale multkolora) multspeca miksaĵo.
