This Heart Desires More) is an Indian Hindi-language romance drama television series produced by Ekta Kapoor[1] and Shobha Kapoor[2] under Balaji Telefilms.[3] The series stars Akshay Mhatre[4] and Twinkle Patel[5] as protagonists.[6] It premiered on 15 August 2022 on DD National.[7] It went off air in November 2022.[citation needed]
