Walkermine, California

Walkermine (earlier, International)^[2] is a former settlement in Plumas County, California.^[1] It lay at an elevation of 6076 feet (1852 m).^[1] Walkermine is located 3 miles (4.8 km) southwest of Mount Ingalls.^[2]

The International post office operated from 1918 to 1923.^[2] The Walkermine post office operated from 1930 to 1941.^[2] Both names came from nearby mines.^[2]
