Vyaznikovsky District

Vyaznikovsky District (Russian: Вя́зниковский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[7] district (raion), one of the sixteen in Vladimir Oblast, Russia. It is located in the northeast of the oblast. The area of the district is 2,252 square kilometers (870 sq mi).[3] Its administrative center is the town of Vyazniki.[2] Population: 71,015 (2021 Census);[9] 80,987 (2010 Census);[4] 50,692 (2002 Census);[10] 60,262 (1989 Soviet census).[11] The population of Vyazniki accounts for 51.0% of the district's total population.[9]
