Vitaliy Nikolayevich Buts (born 24 November 1986) is a Ukrainian former road bicycle racer, who rode professionally between 2009 and 2022 for five professional teams. During his career, Buts took five professional victories including two wins at the Ukrainian National Road Race Championships.
