Verkhnesaldinsky District

Verkhnesaldinsky District (Russian: Верхнесалдинский райо́н) is an administrative district (raion), one of the thirty in Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia.[1] As a municipal division, it is incorporated as Verkhnesaldinsky Urban Okrug.[5][4] Its administrative center is the town of Verkhnyaya Salda.[2] Population (excluding the administrative center): 3,306 (2010 Census);[3] 3,669 (2002 Census);[7] 26,470 (1989 Soviet census).[8]
