Background
A women's flyweight bout between Erin Blanchfield and Maycee Barber is expected to headline the event.[1] They were previously scheduled to meet at UFC 269 in December 2021, but Barber withdrew due to undisclosed reasons.[2]
A flyweight bout between Allan Nascimento and Jafel Filho is scheduled to take place at this event.[3] The pairing was originally scheduled for UFC on ESPN: Tybura vs. Spivac 2 in August 2024 but was cancelled as a result of Nascimento being ill.[4]
