Tauricornicaris
Extinct genus of arthropods From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Tauricornicaris is a giant arthropod from the Maotianshan Shales previously interpreted as a hurdiid radiodont.[1] It somewhat resembles Zhenghecaris, which contributed to the latter’s reassignment within Hurdiidae. However, as Tauricornicaris is no longer a hurdiid this in turn makes Zhenghecaris's placement uncertain.[2][3][4]
