The TM 1131 "Туляк" (Ru:Tula) or "Мишка" (Ru:Mishka "Bear") is a compact economy car developed by JSC "Mishka-Tula-Moscow" (Rus:Мишка-Тула-Москва) [1][2] a subsidiary of ZiL.
