Sylwester Czereszewski

Sylwester Czereszewski (born 4 October 1971) is a Polish former professional footballer who played as a forward or an attacking midfielder.[1] From 1994 to 1999, Czereszewski made 23 appearances and scored four goals for the Poland national team.[2]
