Smouha (Arabic: سموحة) is an upper-class[citation needed] district in the centre of Alexandria, Egypt.[1] It is home to the Security Directorate of Alexandria and the Smouha Sporting Club, Smouha's central roundabout (Victor Emmanuel Square) connects between other areas in Alexandria and highways like Cairo–Alexandria desert road and Tanta-Alexandria Agriculture road, Smouha is also known for its affluent Fawzy Moaz Street and Transport & Engineering Road where you can enjoy some of the best cafès and restaurants Alexandria has to offer.
