Shemar Samson Jean-Charles (born June 20, 1998) is an American professional football cornerback for the New Orleans Saints of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Appalachian State.[1]

Jean-Charles was selected in the fifth round with the 178th overall pick by the Green Bay Packers in the 2021 NFL draft.[4] He signed his rookie contract on May 14, 2021.[5] He was released on August 29, 2023.[6]
On August 31, 2023, Jean-Charles was signed to the practice squad of the San Francisco 49ers.[7] He was promoted to the active roster on November 11.[8] He was waived on November 23.[9]
On November 29, 2023, Jean-Charles was signed to the New Orleans Saints practice squad.[10] He was signed to the active roster on January 4, 2024.[11]
On August 27, 2024, Jean-Charles was waived by the Saints when the roster was cut to 53 at the conclusion of the preseason.[12] Jean-Charles was re-signed to the Saints practice squad on September 11.[13] He was promoted to the active roster on November 2.[14]
