Akbarnejad was born in Tabriz. He is a member of the 8th Islamic Consultative Assembly from the electorate of Tabriz, Osku and Azarshahr with Alireza Mondi Sefidan, Masoud Pezeshkian, Mohammad Hosein Farhanghi, Reza Rahmani and Mohammad Reza Mirtajodini.[3]
