Combs at the 2000 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

Following his arrest on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering in September 2024, music industry insiders predicted that it would cast a negative light on Combs's musical legacy.^[1] According to an article in Time.com, however, a total ban of his music would be unlikely due to his pervasive influence on other artists such as The Notorious B.I.G.^[1]
