Sawangan is a town and an administrative district in the city of Depok, in West Java province of Indonesia (not to be confused with the district of the same name in Magelang Regency or the village in Sulawesi). It covers an area of 26.07 km2 and had a population of 123,571 at the 2010 census[1] and 178,900 at the 2020 Census;[2] the latest official estimate (as at mid 2023) is 197,170.[3]
