San Lorenzo al Mare (Ligurian: San Loénso[3]) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Imperia in the Italian region Liguria, located about 100 kilometres (62 miles) southwest of Genoa and about 10 km (6 mi) west of Imperia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,409 and an area of 1.3 square kilometres (0.5 sq mi).[4]
