Saint-Ouen-sur-Gartempe (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃.t‿wɛ̃ syʁ ɡaʁtɑ̃p], literally Saint-Ouen on Gartempe; Limousin: Sent Oen) is a commune in the Haute-Vienne department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region in west-central France.
