Rosalind Eleazar

Rosalind Eleazar is a British stage and screen actress. She is known for her role as Louisa Guy in the TV series Slow Horses, and as Agnes in 2019 film The Personal History of David Copperfield.

Early life and education

Rosalind Eleazar's mother was British and her father was Ghanaian.[1]

She trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art,[2] graduating in 2015.[citation needed]

Career

Eleazar's TV roles include Louisa Guy in Slow Horses, Christine in the BBC series Rellik,[3] Jacky Bast in Howards End,[4] Kate in the ITV series Deep Water,[5] as well as roles in NW, National Treasure and Harlots.[2]

On stage, Eleazar appeared in The Starry Messenger[6] at Wyndham's Theatre; as Yelena, in Uncle Vanya at the Harold Pinter Theatre;[7] in House of Bernarda Alba at the National Theatre; and Plaques and Tangles at the Royal Court Theatre.[8]

Eleazar's debut feature film role was as Agnes in The Personal History of David Copperfield (2019) by Armando Iannucci.[9]
