Riviera Tower, also known as Marina Tower or Hellinikon Marina Residential Tower, is a residential skyscraper currently under construction in Athens, Greece.[1] Located at the coastal district of Elliniko, its planned height of 198 m (650 ft) is going to render it the tallest building in Greece. The tower designed by Foster + Partners when completed in 2026 will host 200 apartments on 50 floors.[3][2] The tower will feature green building characteristics and its developers aim for LEED Gold certification.[4] The tower is a part of the Hellenikon Metropolitan Park.[5]
