Riviera Tower, also known as Marina Tower or Hellinikon Marina Residential Tower, is a residential skyscraper currently under construction in Athens, Greece.[1] Located at the coastal district of Elliniko, it will be the tallest building in Greece at a height of 200 m (660 ft). The tower, designed by Foster + Partners, will host 200 apartments on 50 floors when completed in 2026[3][2] The tower will feature green building characteristics and its developers aim for LEED Gold certification.[4] The tower is a part of the Hellenikon Metropolitan Park.[5]
