Quelicai, officially Quelicai Administrative Post (Portuguese: Posto Administrativo de Quelicai, Tetum: Postu administrativu Kelikai), is an administrative post (and was formerly a subdistrict) in Baucau municipality, East Timor.[1][2] Its seat or administrative centre is Lacoliu .[2]
