Quantwan Juaray Cosby (born December 23, 1982) is an American former professional football player who was a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL). He was signed by the Cincinnati Bengals as an undrafted free agent in 2009. He played college football for the Texas Longhorns. He also played four years of professional baseball for the Anaheim Angels' organization.

Cosby was also a member of the Denver Broncos, Indianapolis Colts, and the Jacksonville Jaguars.
In 2023, Cosby was awarded the Presidential Citation for Service to UT from the University of Texas at Austin.[1]
