Prabhas Chandra Tiwari

Prabhas Chandra Tiwari was an Indian politician from Bihar who represented Bhagalpur in the Lok Sabha from 1998 to 1999. However he lost the subsequent election to Subodhy Roy of CPI(M).[1]
