As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 321 and an area of 10.5 square kilometres (4.1 sq mi).[2] Perletto borders the following municipalities: Castino, Cortemilia, Olmo Gentile, San Giorgio Scarampi, Serole, and Vesime.
