It is a coeducational boarding school[1] founded by Chiara Lubich and Fon Fontem Defang in 1966.[2] It is associated with the Foccolare Movement.[3][4][5] The campus has been affected by the Anglophone Crisis.[6]
Cameroonian writer John Ngosong Nkemngong Nkengasong studied at the school in the 1970s. [7]
The school is currently known as Mutual Love Secondary School, and the school has an enrollment of approximately 40 students, although the enrollment has previously exceeded 500.[8][9]
SWISCOL has both female and male dormitories. There are four of each.
