Nizam Uddin Khan (died 1996) was a Bangladesh Nationalist Party politician and a member of parliament for Dhaka-3 and Manikganj-3.

Khan was elected to parliament from Dhaka-3 as a Bangladesh Nationalist Party candidate in 1979. He was elected to parliament from Manikganj-3 as a Bangladesh Nationalist Party candidate in 1991, February 1996 and 12 June 1996.[1][2]
Nizam Uddin Khan died in 1996.[3]
