Mojtaba Moghtadaei (Persian: مجتبی مقتدایی, born 20 March 1996) is an Iranian footballer who plays as a right back, most recently for Tajik club Istiklol in the Tajikistan Higher League.[1]

He made his debut for Zob Ahan in 6th fixtures of 2018–19 Iran Pro League against Padideh while he substituted in for Milad Fakhreddini.[2]
On 18 July 2023, Moghtadaei signed a one-year contract with Tajikistan Higher League club Istiklol.[3] On 21 December 2023, Istiklol announced the departure of Moghtadaei after his contract had expired.[4]
