Manuel Tames is a municipality and town in the Guantánamo Province of Cuba. Its administrative seat is located in the town of Jamaica.[1]

The town is located 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) east of the provincial capital, Guantánamo.

In 2022, the municipality of Manuel Tames had a population of 36,067.[2] With a total area of 526 km2 (203 sq mi),[1] it has a population density of 69/km2 (180/sq mi). The urban population was 19,790.[3]
