Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA) is a professional wrestling promotion based in Mexico City. Title reigns are either determined by professional wrestling matches or are awarded to a wrestler, as a result of the culmination of various scripted storylines.

Currently in AAA, there are seven total active championships - three men's singles championships, a traditional men's tag team championship, a mixed tag team championship, a men's trios championship, and a championship for female wrestlers.

Men's singles
At the top of AAA's championship hierarchy is the AAA Mega Championship. The current champion is Alberto El Patrón, who is in is second reign. He defeated previous champion Nic Nemeth Triplemanía XXXII: Mexico City on August 17, 2024.
The secondary title is the AAA Latin American Championship. The title is currently held by first time champion El Mesias. He defeated previous champion Octagón Jr. at Guerra de Titanes on November 10, 2024.
The AAA World Cruiserweight Championship is for male wrestlers 231 lbs. and under. Laredo Kid is the current champion in his second reign. He defeated previous champion Matt Riddle at Cierre De La Gira Origenes on December 7, 2024.
Tag team
The AAA World Tag Team Championship is the primary tag team title in AAA. The current champions are Nueva Generación Dinamita (Sansón and Forastero), who are in their second reign as a team and individually. They won the vacant titles by defeating Laredo Kid and Pagano, and Jeff Jarrett and Sam Adonis in a three-way tag team match at Rey de Reyes on March 22, 2025.
The AAA World Trios Championship is for three-man teams. The current champions are Los Psycho Circus (Dave The Clown, Murder Clown, and Panic Clown), who are in their first reign as a team and individually, outside for Murder Clown where for him is third reign. They defeated previous champions Los Vipers (Abismo Negro Jr., Psicosis i El Fiscal) in a steel cage match at Origenes on November 17, 2024.
The AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championship is for teams consisting of one male and one female wrestler. The current champions are La Hiedra and Mr. Iguana, who are in their first reign as a team and individually. They defeated previous champions Decay (Crazzy Steve and Havok) at Cierre De La Gira Origenes on December 8, 2024.
Women
There is one championship contested for female wrestlers (promoted as their Reinas del Ring division), known as the AAA Reina de Reinas Champion. Flammer is the current champion. She defeated Taya at Triplemanía XXXII: Mexico City on August 12, 2023.
