This article lists countries by avocado production from 2016 to 2022, using data provided by the Food and Agriculture Organization Corporate Statistical Database (FAOSTAT).^[1] Global avocado production in 2022 was estimated at 8,685,672 metric tonnes, representing a 7.2% increase from 8,104,028 tonnes in 2021.^[1] Mexico remained the leading producer, contributing over 29% of the global total. Dependent territories are shown in italics.
