This list is of the Historic Sites of Japan located within the Prefecture of Fukushima.[1]
As of 17 December 2021, fifty-four Sites have been designated as being of national significance.[2][3][4]
As of 1 June 2021, forty-six Sites have been designated as being of prefectural importance.[4][5]

As of 1 December 2021, one Monument has been registered (as opposed to designated) as an Historic Site at a national level.[7][8]
