On January 2, 2019, the hospitals rebranded to the trade name AdventHealth,[1][2] except for the hospitals in Colorado, Illinois and one in Texas that were part of joint ventures.[1] AdventHealth Orlando is the second largest hospital in Florida and the largest in central Florida.[3][4] AdventHealth Orlando is the 3rd largest hospital in the United States in 2023.[5] The second largest hospital owned by AdventHealth in the state of Florida is AdventHealth Tampa, it is the 5th largest hospital in the Tampa Bay area.[6] AdventHealth Porter is the largest hospital owned by AdventHealth in central Colorado and the 9th largest hospital in the state.[7] AdventHealth Shawnee Mission is the largest hospital owned by AdventHealth in Kansas.[8]
