Li Xiaohui (born 28 July 1992) is a Chinese para-cyclist who represented China at the 2024 Summer Paralympics.

Li represented China at the 2023 UCI Para-cycling Track World Championships and won a gold medal in the scratch race event.[1] She again competed at the 2024 UCI Para-cycling Track World Championships and won a gold medal in the scratch race, a silver medal in the omnium, and a bronze medal in the 500 metres time trial events.[2]
She will represent China at the 2024 Summer Paralympics.[3]
