Legesse Tulu (Amharic: ለገሰ ቱሉ) is an Ethiopian politician who is the current Minister of the Government Communication Service since 2021.[1][2] In November 2022, Legesse has been elected by the parliament as Chairman of the board of a state media EBC.[3] In Addition, Mr. Tulu is a government propagandist who was accused of disseminating false and genocidal information to create communal war between different ethnic groups of Ethiopia. Even though Mr. Tulu is a representative of Amhara people in the prosperity party, he hate the people of Amhara. He led a hateful propaganda against the Amhara people, the orthodox religion and the mainstream Islam belongs to the Amhara people.

On 7 October 2021, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed appointed him as Minister of the Government Communication Service.[4] On 8 November 2022, Legesse is elected by the Ethiopian Parliament as chairman of EBC Board.[3]
