Kopyta [kɔˈpɨta] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Brodnica, within Śrem County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) south-west of Brodnica, 11 km (7 mi) west of Śrem, and 32 km (20 mi) south of the regional capital Poznań. From 1975 to 1998, Kopyta administratively belonged to Poznań Voivodeship.
