Kim Nicole Gehring de los Santos better known as Kim delos Santos or Kim Nicole (born July 27, 1981)[2] is a former actress and television personality in the Philippines who became a Nurse in Texas, United States. Kim first appeared in the film Rosenda (1989) whose performance as a young actress earned her an award from the Film Academy of the Philippines (or FAP, literally in Tagalog: Philippine Film Academy) as Best Child Actor. She is best known for her starring roles in the television series Anna Karenina and T.G.I.S..

Early life
Kim Nicole Gehring de los Santos was born in July 27, 1981 to is Hormaidas delos Santos, a stationary engineer in the U.S and Dolores, an American.[3] Her father died at the age of 67 years in 2015.[4]
She has a brother who is a former child actor, Eddie delos Santos.[5]

Kim's career began with an appearance in the 1989 film Rosenda where she played the daughter of the characters of Janice de Belen and Gabby Concepcion.[6] She was awarded the FAP award for Best Child Performance in that film.[7]
She made a name for herself in the world of showbiz when she appeared in the GMA Network television series T.G.I.S. and Anna Karenina while under contract with Viva Films.[8]Anna Karenina lasted for six years from 1996 to 2002 which is the longest drama series to air on GMA Network.[9] Kim played the role of Nina, one of the three main characters of the series that aired every weekday afternoon.[10] The two other main characters are Anna (played by Antoinette Taus) and Karen (played by Sunshine Dizon).
Kim also appeared in other films such as Where 'D' Girls 'R' (1996),[2] Laging Naroon Ka (1997),[11] at Azucena (2000).[12] She was also in the movie version of T.G.I.S. T.G.I.S.: The Movie (1997).
Becoming Nurse
In 2004, she left showbiz and migrated to the United States.[13] She attended a nursing school there and became a LPN or Licensed Practical Nurse at a clinic in Houston, Texas[14] while working in a restaurant.[15][16] She continued her studies and graduated with a Master of Science in nursing and became a psychiatric mental health nursing practitioner.[17][18]
Personal life
Kim had a thyroid problem that caused her to gain weight. She and her former loveteam and co-star Dino Guevarra became real life couple.[19]
Kim and Dino were married in a civil wedding ceremony officiated by Mayor JV Ejercito of San Juan, Greater Manila on January 9, 2002.[20] Kim and Dino's love story was revealed in an episode of Magpakailanman on GMA Network in 2003.[21] After two years of marriage, the couple separated after a physical altercation causing De Los Santos to migrate to the United States and their marriage was annulled in 2010.[22][7] In 2013, she reconciled with a man[22] but their relationship also ended.[23]
She was engaged to her longtime boyfriend Ben-G[24] but the couple broken up their engagement after 11 years of relationship.[25]
